Courier or Insured Mail ...
Goods are normally despatched within one week (or less)of order. Goods are sent via the Postal Office or by Courier, normally taking 3 days to reach the customer.
Rates
Courier Rates can only be calculated once the Parcel is packed and weighted. We can then provide a more accurate Quote.
SA Postal Service:
Rates as calculated on checkout (incl. insurance)PLEASE NOTE:Rates are estimated and while we are more or less accurate we will contact you should the Rate be significantly higher (or lower) than estimated on the Purchase Order
Please note that Insured Mail Parcels will be available at the Post Office Counter nearest to your given delivery Address. The Post Office will issue a Slip advising when the Parcel is there for Collection.However-if you have the Tracking Nr already from us you will be able to collect before the slip is issued.
We reserve the right to contact you to confirm the purchase if we consider the transaction to be suspicious in any way, therefore please include a telephone number in your order details to ensure delivery is not delayed. We aim to deliver within 14 days however we accept no liability for goods delayed through no fault of our own. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 21 days then please contact us.
Returning Goods
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us by telephone 072 728 5400 or by e mail within 2 days of receiving delivery and we will exchange the goods or refund your payment (less postage and packaging costs i.e. return postage for customer account). We use both couriers and the Postal Office to return goods depending upon parcel size. We will advise you of the appropriate returns procedure once you have informed us that you wish to make a return. All goods to be returned should be carefully repackaged and clearly labelled with our postal address. Please also read out Conditions of Use.
